Skye Rubel

Skye Rubel designs live experiences that connect world leaders, top executives, and cultural icons. As Content Lead and Thought Leadership Manager for Google Cloud’s Global Executive Events team, she shapes executive programming and books top-tier speakers and performers—from Malcolm Gladwell and Katie Couric to Alex Rodriguez and Jacob Collier—alongside global tech and business leaders.

Before joining Google, Skye led event and talent strategy across Vox Media’s top brands, including Pivot, New York Magazine, and Eater. She produced high-profile live journalism experiences for flagship events like the legendary Code Conference and SXSW, collaborating with journalists like Kara Swisher and Scott Galloway to bring world leaders, artists, and executives together. Earlier in her career, she programmed media and advertising conferences for trade associations like the Association of National Advertisers and the Association of Magazine Media, hosting figures like Michelle Obama and Martha Stewart.

Recognized as an industry "Rising Star" by FOLIO Magazine and FIPP, Skye holds a journalism degree from the University of Georgia’s Grady College.
